• 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC background preferred)
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic individual
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and valid AZ driver's license
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable using small hand tools
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
