• Enrollment in or completion of a state-certified training program

• No prior professional HVAC experience is required, but any practical or educational experience in HVAC systems is a strong plus

• Strong ability to learn, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.

• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening to ensure safety and compliance.

• Possess a clean driving record; company vehicle use may be required upon gaining sufficient experience.

• Demonstrated potential or desire to provide high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated interest in developing a long-term career in the HVAC industry with reliable attendance and work ethic.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
