Your New Role:

As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll be diving headfirst into the heart of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Embrace and live by the core values of KLM: Honesty, Quality, and Integrity.
• Report directly to the HVAC Lead Installer, learning and growing under their expert guidance.
• Prepare job sites, ensuring everything is ready for a day's work.
• Cut out, frame, install heat runs, hang ductwork, and more.
• Clean out trucks, load supplies, and ensure every job is executed with precision.
• Install and seal ductwork, run dryer vents, and handle combustion air installations.
• Cut and thread gas pipes, install RGDs and thermostats, and perform finish work.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including cleaning furnaces and changing filters.

• EPA & RMGA preferred
• 1+ years of HVAC residential new construction experience
• Willing to commute to Sandy, UT every day
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Can pass a drug and alcohol test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
