Your New Role

As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll:

• Assist in installing heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and accessories in new construction and retrofit environments.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.

• Operate hand and power tools to repair or replace components.

• Prepare work sites and maintain tools, vehicles, and supplies.

• Support team members with daily tasks to ensure project success.

• Apprentice license.

• 1–2 years of experience in a skilled trade or construction-related role (transferable skills are welcome).

• High school coursework or equivalent education.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
