Pay

• $12.00 - $15.00 hourly
  
• Weekly performance reviews (which can result in pay increases)

Responsibilities

• Learn the trade from experienced Technicians and Installers
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Accurately complete the tasks given to you
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Show up on time (Start time is 7:30 a.m.) and ready to work
• Must be agile and respond to change with a level head
• You must be physically able to climb stairs and ladders, and in and out of vehicles multiple times per day
• Not afraid to get dirty (crawl spaces, attics, etc...)
• Prepared to work in extreme temperatures. (hot and cold)

• No Experience Needed
• Knowledge of hand tools and what they are used for
• Above average communication skills
• Electrical or mechanical background is a plus
• Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
• Clean background check and able to pass a drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
