We are a plumbing, heating, and cooling company in Amarillo that offers an extensive array of repair, installation, and maintenance services. • $12-$14.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers in their daily tasks, including but not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Learn and develop skills in hanging ductwork and installing HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects
• Gain knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials used in installation and repair processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials and waste
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for oneself and others
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems, identifying issues, and contributing to the repair and maintenance process
• Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to HVAC systems
• Develop an understanding of HVAC principles, regulations, and industry standards
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism in carrying out assigned tasks

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred, but not required
• No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Quick learner and motivated to continually develop skills in the HVAC field
• Demonstrates pride in delivering high-quality work and attention to detail
• Reliable with excellent organization and time management skills
• Positive, can-do attitude towards learning and growing in the apprenticeship role
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
