Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead and oversee HVAC and plumbing service teams.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Service Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service requests.
Customer Relations:
Interact with customers to understand heating, air conditioning, and plumbing service needs.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Quality Control:
Enforce industry standards and regulations in HVAC and plumbing services.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory of parts for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Coordinate with teams to optimize parts availability.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Facilitate effective communication within the service teams.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to resolve complex HVAC and plumbing issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and finding solutions.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor department performance metrics, including completion times and customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Recruitment and Training:
Conduct recruitment for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
Train and develop teams to enhance technical skills and customer service.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols in heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Investigate and address any reported safety issues promptly.
Budget Oversight:
Manage the budget for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
Control costs and work towards financial objectives.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing service activities.
Generate regular reports for performance analysis.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement in HVAC and plumbing services.

Job requirements
Strong People and Leadership Skills
