Florida Mechanical LLC is licensed as a state-certified Mechanical and Plumbing Contractor. Our Service Department focuses on the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC and Mechanical Systems. Within our Service Department, we have an equipment change out team that replaces chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers and large rooftop units.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Sales Account Manager at Florida Mechanical, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through cold-calling efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our HVAC maintenance agreements, and building lasting relationships. Below are the essential job duties of this position:

  • Cold Calling:
    • Initiate targeted cold calls to potential clients in the West Palm Beach area.
    • Engage decision-makers and influencers to introduce our HVAC maintenance agreement services.
    • Employ a persuasive and consultative approach to understand customer needs and articulate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and research.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to leverage campaigns and materials for effective lead generation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the advantages of our HVAC maintenance agreements.
    • Effectively communicate technical details clearly and understandably.
    • Address customer concerns, objections, and questions to secure commitments.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Targets:
    • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, maintenance agreements, or related industries is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM (NorthBoundary) software and other sales tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
