Your New Role: 

As the HRIS Manager at EMR, you'll be the front face of our HRIS team based in Camden, NJ. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Overseeing and maintaining the HRIS to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, meeting compliance requirements.
• Generating insightful reports and analytics for HR and business leaders.
• Leading projects to streamline HR processes and system enhancements.
• Providing top-notch user support and conducting training sessions.
• Engaging with C-Suite executives, presenting data, and making impactful recommendations.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and database management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HRIS certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or related roles.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).
