Our Culture

Our thriving company culture is the heartbeat of our success, shaped by individuals who are more than just employees – they are passionate contributors dedicated to building a world-leading recycling company. We celebrate entrepreneurial self-starters, fostering an environment where open-mindedness and enthusiasm drive innovation. Bright minds who not only talk the talk but walk the walk, valuing accountability and learning from challenges. We shun organizational politics, favoring direct communication and self-assured individuals who embrace constructive feedback. Above all, we value those who consistently do the 'right' things – for our customers, colleagues, the community, and the business at large, embodying the EMR WAY.

Our Values

Every EMR employee is tasked with living up to this essential value: ‘We care and we do’. EMR is, at heart, a family business and that means we’re passionate about looking after our customers, our staff, and the communities where we operate. Why Join Us

  • Diverse Opportunities: EMR offers a diverse range of career paths, spanning from core metal recycling services to specialized functions like plastic recycling and land remediation, providing employees with numerous avenues for professional growth.
