Your New Role: Home Insulation Sales Representative

As our Home Insulation Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind helping homeowners make informed, impactful choices for their comfort and energy savings.

• Generate Sales: Build relationships and close deals through cold calling, networking, referrals, and leads
• Consult & Assess: Visit homes, identify insulation needs, and recommend tailored solutions
• Product Mastery: Learn the ins and outs of insulation and convey its benefits to customers
• Close the Deal: Present winning proposals, overcome objections, and lock in the sale
• Build Relationships: Become the trusted go-to person for your clients’ future needs and referrals
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends to ensure you’re the expert clients trust

• Proven sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments with confidence
• Organizational skills to manage and track your sales pipeline
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in home improvement or construction sales preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
