Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Home Health Care Administrator to lead the operational engine of a growing, physician-led home health agency. Reporting directly to the agency’s leadership, you'll be the central point of coordination between patients, clinicians, referral partners, and internal systems. This is a 100% remote role, tailored for someone with deep expertise in home health administration and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations including patient intake, scheduling, and internal communications

• Oversee compliance tracking, documentation processes, and clinician credentialing

• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMRs) using platforms such as WellSky, Axxess, or TherapySync

• Manage referrals, ensuring timely and professional communication with doctors and clinical staff

• Assist with internal hiring initiatives and onboarding of new team members

What’s in it for you

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in home health care agency administration (required)

• Background in healthcare administration; RN license preferred (MD not required)

• Proven proficiency in home health EMRs such as WellSky, Axxess, or TherapySync

• Highly organized and self-driven with excellent communication skills

• Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with evolving priorities
