Your New Role

• Perform major residential HVAC repairs, including compressors, TXVs, EEVs, reversing valves, coils, and motors

• Handle refrigerant recovery, recharge, and system repairs

• Complete electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs

• Perform ductwork, drain, and related system repairs as needed

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and management

• Deliver clean, high-quality repairs with strong attention to detail

• Represent Just Better Air Conditioning and Heating professionally in the field

• Strong residential HVAC repair experience

• EPA certification required
