Your New Role

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, graders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment in East Helena, Montana

• Perform grading, trenching, excavation, backfilling, and full site preparation

• Complete equipment inspections before and after use to ensure safe operation

• Handle routine maintenance and report any mechanical concerns quickly

• Follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor direction with accuracy

• Adhere to OSHA standards and job site safety practices at all times

• Support the crew with general labor tasks when needed to keep projects on track

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction, excavation, or site development preferred

• Open to entry to mid-level candidates with hands-on ability and willingness to learn

• Skilled in operating equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, graders, and skid steers

• Solid understanding of job site safety practices and OSHA guidelines

• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance

• Physically able to handle manual labor and outdoor work environments

• Able to read site plans, follow instructions, and communicate clearly with team members

• Valid Montana driver’s license or ability to obtain one
