Consistent full time schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Work as a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator supporting commercial construction and site development projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area, with Aston, Pennsylvania serving as the home base.
Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers for commercial sitework.
Perform grading, cut and fill operations, and site preparation.
Complete trenching and excavation for utilities and site development.
Read blueprints, site plans, and daily work plans to complete assigned work accurately.
Coordinate with crew members to keep field operations moving safely and efficiently.
Inspect and maintain assigned heavy equipment.
Follow OSHA requirements and company safety standards on active construction sites.
Travel to project locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
2 or more years of heavy equipment operation experience.
Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework.
Heavy civil construction experience preferred.
Ability to operate construction equipment safely and effectively in active job sites.
Ability to read blueprints and site layouts.
Strong understanding of job site safety practices.
OSHA 10 certification preferred, or ability to obtain it.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with field crews.
Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel to Aston, Pennsylvania and surrounding project sites.
