Your New Role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of dealers, contractors, and distributors focused on geothermal HVAC

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, offering product guidance, system recommendations, and technical insight

  • Educate partners on MRCOOL’s geothermal systems, including system configurations, loop types, and water-to-air or water-to-water setups

  • Assist contractors with project bids, equipment selection, and competitive positioning

  • Deliver training sessions through webinars, virtual meetings, and occasional on-site visits

  • Track your pipeline, log activities, and maintain follow-ups through HubSpot and NetSuite

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Engineering, and Marketing teams to share insights, improve materials, and develop go-to-market strategies

  • This position is based in Hickory, KY, but open to remote or hybrid candidates and serves customers across the U.S.

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in geothermal HVAC, residential HVAC sales with geothermal exposure, or similar technical sales roles

  • Proven background managing B2B accounts in HVAC, construction, or energy sectors

  • Familiarity with geothermal system principles: open/closed loop designs, loop layouts, water tables, desuperheaters, and control systems

  • Ability to read and interpret load calculations, system specs, and loop designs

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable simplifying complex concepts for contractors at all experience levels

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or NetSuite is a plus
