Your New Role
As General Manager, you’ll be both in the trenches and at the helm. Based in Woodland, CA, you’ll spend most of your time leading field operations, solving tough plumbing challenges, strengthening key customer relationships, and building the systems and team that will take Hall’s Plumbing to the next level.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring field plumbers

• Responding to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshooting major issues

• Overseeing large-scale installations and service projects from quote to completion

• Managing customer relationships with a personal, hands-on approach

• Handling service escalations, ensuring 5-star recovery every time

• Driving revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and new service contracts

• Managing vendor relationships, supply chain needs, and equipment procurement

• Scheduling and dispatching field teams with a focus on responsiveness and quality

• Maintaining jobsite safety, vehicle readiness, and tool compliance

• Creating systems for technicians’ onboarding, training, and performance tracking

• Representing the brand at industry events, with clients, and in the community

• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean record

• Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on plumbing experience

• Prior experience leading plumbing crews or managing field operations

• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of residential and commercial systems

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and hold a team accountable

• Deep knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes

• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, working in crawlspaces, or attics

• On-call availability for urgent or after-hours service needs

Preferred

• California Contractor License or ability to serve as a Qualified Employee (QE)

• Experience with service agreements and maintenance contract management

• Familiarity with CRM or field service management platforms
