Pay

• $30,000.00-$60,000.00/anually
• Commission based (Increased sales equals increased earning potential)

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance tasks for residential and light commercial garage doors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage doors, openers, and related components.
• Install new residential and light commercial garage doors and openers.
• Provide sales support, offering product information and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of service and sales activities, including inventory management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all service and sales operations.
• Continuously update knowledge on garage door products and advancements in the industry.
• Promote a positive company image through professional interactions with customers.

• 1-2+ work experience in residential and light commercial garage doors. 
• Sales experience a plus.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing overhead garage doors and openers.
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
