Compensation: $75K to $90K annually for helper-level positions
Rotation: 3 weeks working, 1 week off

This role isn’t based on any particular location—assignments will vary by job site. The schedule is 3 weeks on, 1 week off, with travel and company-paid lodging provided. As a Fusion Helper, you'll take charge of daily field activities, working alongside a crew, and ensuring that every task meets high standards of safety and quality. You'll be relied upon to:
Enforce OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance
Communicate updates and issues with project managers
Operate heavy equipment like drilling rigs and skid steers
Keep accurate daily records and complete documentation with photos
Transport equipment and materials to and from sites
Lifting and moving 50+ lbs.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Perform physical labor in dirty and challenging weather conditions

Leadership experience in the construction or energy field
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-altitude environments with extreme temperatures
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Rig operation and maintenance knowledge
Experience with drilling equipment, skid steers, and vehicle/equipment maintenance
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work extended hours
Valid CDL (Class A preferred; Class B acceptable) with manual transmission endorsement
Basic proficiency with smartphones/computers for timekeeping and expense reporting
