Full-Cycle Skilled Trades Recruiter

    • Manila, National Capital Region
  • $1,280 per month

Job description

This Is Not a Resume-Forwarding Role

Most recruiting jobs involve posting jobs, forwarding resumes, and waiting for hiring managers to make decisions.

This is not that role.

We support plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, and home service companies across the United States. Our clients rely on hiring to keep their businesses operating and growing.

We are looking for experienced recruiters who can independently manage hiring pipelines, identify recruiting bottlenecks, communicate proactively, and drive hiring outcomes.

You will be expected to manage multiple positions and clients simultaneously, provide professional recommendations, escalate concerns quickly, and keep hiring processes moving without constant direction.

If you need daily oversight, avoid difficult conversations, or wait to be told what to do next, this role is not a fit.

What You Will Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple client accounts. Our top recruiters are typically handling 20-25 roles at any given time.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation

Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to assess experience, qualifications, reliability, and fit. Identify strong candidates and confidently recommend hiring decisions.

Pipeline Management

Maintain organized recruiting pipelines, follow up consistently, and ensure candidates move through the hiring process quickly.

Client and Team Communication

Serve as a client-facing recruiting partner. Provide hiring updates, discuss recruiting challenges, manage expectations, and confidently communicate recommendations to hiring managers and business owners.

Escalation and Problem Solving

Identify issues before they become problems. Raise concerns early, recommend solutions, and involve the appropriate stakeholders when needed.

What We Value

Ownership

You take responsibility for results. When hiring slows down, you investigate the cause and take action.

Communication and Professional Presence

You are comfortable speaking with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. You communicate clearly, provide timely updates, ask questions when information is unclear, and are confident raising concerns or professionally challenging assumptions when necessary.

Critical Thinking

You understand recruiting funnels and can identify breakdowns in candidate flow, interview activity, response rates, and hiring processes.

Accountability

You follow through on commitments, stay organized, and maintain momentum across multiple openings and clients.

Coachability

You accept feedback professionally, implement it quickly, and continuously improve your recruiting performance.
