Pay

• $20.00-$23.00/ hour - depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial structures to assess foundation issues.
• Utilize specialized equipment and tools to perform diagnostic tests and measurements on foundations.
• Execute foundation repair techniques such as slab lifting, pier installation, and crack sealing according to company standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop repair plans and strategies tailored to each specific situation.
• Document findings, observations, and repair procedures accurately and comprehensively for client records and internal use.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in foundation repair activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes, address concerns, and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed to procure materials and support project requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials, to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Willingness to work hard, be coachable, and demonstrate a readiness to learn, regardless of prior experience in foundation repair or related fields
• Ability and willingness to travel, often at short notice, to job sites that may require stays of varying durations, including days, weeks, or months, with weekend travel back to home base
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and schedules, with a commitment to performing duties efficiently and effectively 
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions and environments. 
• Knowledge of basic tools; tape measure, drill, etc - a plus 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with clients as needed
• Compliance with safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for oneself and others
• Willingness to undergo training and education provided by Consel Inc. to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for the role
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Valid Drivers license & Clean Driving Record - Must be able to be covered by company insurance 
• 3+ years of driving history 
• Must be able to pass a drug test 
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
