Competitive Pay: $72,000–$83,000 per year (Hourly + Overtime Pay)

As a Concrete Foreman in Coeur d'Alene, ID you will:
Direct daily job site operations, motivate your crew, and lead by example
Manage every phase of concrete construction projects — from prep to final finish
Operate and oversee all concrete pouring, finishing, forming, and placement activities
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings with confidence
Identify issues quickly and solve them on the spot
Maintain tight production schedules while ensuring the highest quality standards
Enforce strict safety compliance and maintain a zero-incident job site
Represent White Diamond Concrete’s leadership standards with every project

6–10 years of hands-on concrete and commercial construction experience
Proven leadership skills with experience managing crews and job sites
Full knowledge of forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete
Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical project documents
Skilled in operating jobsite equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Must pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
