Pay Range: $72,000–$83,000 annually (Hourly with Overtime Pay)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

As a Foreman with White Diamond Concrete LLC in Coeur D'Alene, ID, you’ll:
Lead and direct your crew daily—lining them out and working side-by-side
Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned concrete construction projects
Pour, finish, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship in every phase of the job
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams with ease
Troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges on-site
Maintain project schedules and quality control
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations
Represent leadership on the site—on time, every time

6–10 years of hands-on concrete and construction experience
Proven leadership skills with people management experience
Capable of managing entire project scopes—from prep to finish
Familiarity with hand and power tools, jobsite equipment, and vehicle maintenance
Must be able to read blueprints and technical drawings
High school coursework or equivalent
Must pass a background check
