This is a field-based leadership role with national travel required. You’ll oversee complex commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, managing large crews and ensuring top-quality execution.
Lead projects with over 15,000 man-hours per month across multiple sites
Supervise at least 3 field supervisors and direct teams of up to 100 employees
Own the full field operation: schedule planning, crew coordination, material tracking, and client communication
Walk the site daily to inspect progress and hold weekly safety meetings
Enforce and model safety practices that exceed industry standards
Drive layout and installation accuracy, and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
Stay in sync with Project Managers on timelines, manpower needs, and equipment logistics

Valid Journeyman License
10+ years in commercial or industrial electrical construction
7+ years in a supervisory position, with at least 2 years as a Senior Supervisor or Superintendent
Successfully completed four full-cycle projects, from groundbreaking to final inspection
Deep understanding of electrical systems and field leadership practices
Demonstrated ability to lead large crews, hit productivity goals, and deliver high-quality work
Must complete 24 hours of continuing education annually and all Ludvik Leader courses
Certified in:
OSHA 30
NFPA 70E
Defensive Driving
First Aid & CPR
Competent Person Training
