As Fleet Manager, you'll take command of all things vehicle and equipment-related—tracking usage, coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes gig; your work keeps our boots on the ground and our machines in motion.
Location: Brockport, NY
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all construction vehicles and equipment
Ensure fleet compliance with emissions, usage, and safety regulations
Work with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality on equipment purchases and rentals
Track and analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet operational needs
Maintain service records and enforce preventative maintenance schedules
Implement and utilize fleet tracking and management technology

Proven experience in fleet or equipment management, preferably in construction or site development
Strong vendor negotiation and proposal/bid experience
Knowledge of industry safety and emissions regulations
