Your New Role

As Fleet Manager, you'll take command of all things vehicle and equipment-related—tracking usage, coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes gig; your work keeps our boots on the ground and our machines in motion.

Location: Brockport, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all construction vehicles and equipment

• Ensure fleet compliance with emissions, usage, and safety regulations

• Work with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality on equipment purchases and rentals

• Track and analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet operational needs

• Maintain service records and enforce preventative maintenance schedules

• Implement and utilize fleet tracking and management technology

• Proven experience in fleet or equipment management, preferably in construction or site development

• Strong vendor negotiation and proposal/bid experience

• Knowledge of industry safety and emissions regulations

• Strong communication and team coordination abilities
