Your New Role

As a Fitter/Welder with us, you will:

Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies, ensuring precision every time
Use MIG, TIG, stick welders, air arc machines, and cutting torches to create quality metalwork
Read and interpret engineering drawings and symbols accurately
Guarantee each weld meets our high standards for quality and safety
Collaborate with a team dedicated to on-time delivery and operational excellence

Job requirements

3-5 years of welding and fitting experience
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, with a focus on professionalism and collaboration
Time management and multitasking abilities with keen organizational skills
Attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to safety
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift materials regularly (up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
