What You’ll Do

• Inspect and test commercial fire sprinkler systems during scheduled service visits to support safe, reliable, and code-compliant operation.

• Prepare complete and accurate inspection reports, service documentation, and required records.

• Identify fire sprinkler system deficiencies and clearly explain recommended repairs and corrective actions.

• Perform routine fire sprinkler service and light repair work when needed.

• Conduct required fire sprinkler testing and related field work.

• Follow applicable fire protection standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

• Communicate professionally with commercial customers and team members regarding inspection findings and service needs.

• Maintain assigned company tools, equipment, and vehicle in proper working condition.

• Work independently while coordinating with team members to deliver reliable fire protection service.

• Represent Lane Electronics & Alarm Systems Inc. professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service

Required

• Current Florida fire sprinkler inspector certification/license.

• 3+ years of relevant fire sprinkler experience.

• Hands-on experience inspecting and testing commercial fire sprinkler systems.

• Ability to perform required fire sprinkler testing and related field work.

• Ability to identify fire sprinkler system deficiencies and accurately document findings.

• Ability to clearly communicate inspection findings and recommended repairs.

• Backflow testing certification.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license

Preferred

• Experience with fire alarm systems
