Your New Role

As a Lead Fire Alarm Technician, you will:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of fire alarm technicians.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations.

• Licensing: A fire Alarm License (FAL) is required; a Fire Extinguisher License (FEL) is preferred but not required.

• Experience: 5+ years in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.

• Skills: Proven leadership and team management abilities, Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Additional: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
