As a Fire Alarm Installation Foreman serving the Raleigh, NC metro area, you’ll play a key leadership role in managing projects and ensuring installations meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing installation crews on job sites
Installing, programming, and testing fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA codes and local regulations
Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and schematics
Coordinating with contractors, superintendents, and project managers to stay on schedule
Troubleshooting, inspecting, and ensuring full functionality of installed systems
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including work orders and inspection reports
Training technicians on installation techniques and safety standards

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience with fire alarm system installation preferred
Understanding of NFPA codes and fire alarm standards
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

Ability to lift, climb, and work in various physical environments
