Your New Role
As a Fire Alarm Installation Foreman, you’ll:
- Lead and manage fire alarm system installation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Oversee and guide the installation team daily.
- Install, program, and test fire alarm systems in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precision.
- Collaborate with contractors, superintendents, and project managers for seamless project execution.
- Inspect and troubleshoot systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Maintain project documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and change orders.
- Train and mentor technicians on installation best practices and safety protocols.

Job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in fire alarm systems are a plus.
- 1-2 years of fire alarm system installation experience (preferred).
- Solid understanding of NFPA codes, local regulations, and fire alarm standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
