What's in It for You?

• $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Frequent 4-day work weeks depending on project schedules

• Overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek

• Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for approved work travel

Your New Role

• Work with a field crew on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects based in and around Frankfort, Indiana

• Prepare trucks with the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of petroleum systems

• Load, transport, organize, and maintain tools and equipment at job sites

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow company safety procedures and complete work according to quality standards

• Load equipment at the end of each project and prepare for upcoming work assignments

• Travel to project sites throughout Indiana as part of regular job duties

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to perform physical work and operate in outdoor environments

• Comfortable lifting equipment, working with tools, and performing manual labor

• Dependable, safety focused, and willing to learn

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction from lead technicians

• No prior industry experience required
