Your New Role

Based on-site every day in Dublin, CA (must be able to commute daily from surrounding areas), you’ll

• Support project managers with construction administration, including RFI management, cash flow tracking, and change order processing

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, organize site files, and manage appointments

• Assist in jobsite operations and logistics to keep projects moving

• Act as a key liaison between the field and the home office in Lathrop, CA

• Use tools like iPads and laptops to manage workflow and documentation

• OSHA 30 certification required

• 1–2 years of experience (open to candidates with minimal construction background if eager to learn)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to pass a Security Clearance

• Comfortable working on active construction sites

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Reliable transportation to commute to Dublin, CA by 6:30 AM daily
