Position Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional, and helpful experience in both English and Spanish. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with service-related questions.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, customer-focused, and able to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and empathy. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our client’s brand, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer journey from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls from English- and Spanish-speaking customers with professionalism and care
Manage multiple incoming service calls efficiently, while maintaining composure and accuracy
Schedule service appointments using the company’s booking or CRM systems
Provide clear and accurate information about services, availability, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure timely follow-ups and demonstrate strong responsiveness throughout the customer journey
Resolve customer inquiries or route them to the appropriate department as needed
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members and follow communication protocols to ensure consistency and quality
Perform other administrative or support tasks as needed

What’s In It For You:
Competitive hourly pay $7 - $10/Hour USD (Varies depending on experience level)
Full-time (40 - 45 hrs/week, some weekends included)
Client-specific benefits may be included depending on placement
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or service coordination role
Prior experience scheduling appointments and managing high call volumes
Familiarity with home service industries such as plumbing, HVAC, or similar (preferred)
Experience using tools like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Google Calendar, and Gmail
Comfortable working with VoIP platforms such as JustCall or RingCentral
Friendly, professional phone presence with strong customer rapport
Highly responsive, organized, and able to follow through on tasks
Quick to learn new systems and adapt to remote work tools
Must have a quiet home office setup with reliable internet and clear call quality
Availability to work U.S. business hours; occasional weekends if needed
