Lead by example while setting clear standards for how company facilities, vehicles, tools, and inventory are maintained
Work directly with the Director of Operations and collaborate across service departments
Help build stronger systems and processes as the company continues to grow
Make an impact on the efficiency, professionalism, safety, and day-to-day readiness of the entire operation
Report directly to the Director of Operations and take ownership of the company’s fixed assets, including facilities, fleet, tools, inventory, and purchasing
Supervise and develop a planned Warehouse Clerk hire, including onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback
Establish clear written standards for vehicle cleanliness, organization, inventory, and the checkout and return of high-value tools
Conduct and document regular fleet and tool compliance audits
Address missed standards directly and professionally, escalating recurring or serious issues through the appropriate Service Manager and Director of Operations
Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and professional facility while helping minimize asset costs and operational downtime
Oversee company shipping and receiving and ensure the appropriate team members are notified of incoming packages
Ensure facilities follow established safety standards and cleaning procedures
Partner with the Director of Operations on preventive and corrective facility maintenance planning
Coordinate with departments to resolve facility issues efficiently and professionally
Assist with campus parking lot upkeep, disposal areas, pallet management, and scrap management
Partner with Service Managers to maintain company fleet assets, documentation, maintenance, GPS systems, and camera installations in accordance with company fleet safety policies
Perform routine fleet inspections covering safety equipment, cleanliness, maintenance, insurance documentation, and overall vehicle readiness
Maintain accurate tool, equipment, and asset records using company asset management systems
Monitor tool condition, usage, and performance and identify repair, replacement, or retirement needs before they disrupt operations
Manage purchase order review and receiving, job material and parts accuracy, vendor-managed inventory, margin review, and returns
Perform truck and warehouse inventory cycle counts and coordinate truck restocking and parts-bin installations
Order special parts as required and maintain accurate vendor pricing
Keep parts pricing, uniform inventory, and truck and driver assignments accurate in ServiceTitan
Use strong facilities management, fleet management, inventory control, purchasing, vendor management, warehouse operations, preventive maintenance, and asset management practices to keep the operation running efficiently

2+ years of experience in facilities management, fleet management, asset management, or a related role with leadership and accountability responsibilities
Previous facilities and inventory management experience
Experience with purchasing, vendor management, and parts or inventory management systems
Proven ability to establish standards and hold team members or peers accountable, including employees outside your direct reporting line
Ability to handle direct, professional conversations when expectations or standards are not met
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to read technical manuals and equipment documentation
Coaching and performance-feedback skills to support and develop a growing team
Ability to consistently lift 25 to 50 pounds
HVAC and plumbing industry knowledge is preferred but not required
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software is beneficial based on the responsibilities of the position
Ability to work in person in San Antonio, Texas
