• Top Pay: $28 - $50 per hour, plus overtime, tips, and bonuses

  • Licensed journeyman plumbers start at $45–$50/hr based on experience. Apprentices or experienced service plumbers without a journeyman license may start lower, based on their background.

• Steady Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with only one Saturday per month (No Sundays!)

Your New Role

As an Experienced Service Plumber in O'Fallon, MO (Serving a 20-mile radius), you’ll be responsible for:

• Running 4-5 service calls daily, ranging from water heater installations to faucet replacements

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues in residential homes

• Selling and upselling services, including our popular Club Memberships that save customers money

• Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

• Delivering top-notch craftsmanship with a professional and personable attitude

• Journeyman Plumbing License (Preferred)

• 1-2 years of residential plumbing experience

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
