River Pools is a family of companies that manufacture, distribute, and install high-quality fiberglass swimming pools. Our company started as River Pools and Spas, Inc., which continues to sell and install high-quality fiberglass pools across the United States.

River Fiberglass, LLC manufactures pools at our plant in Fortville, Indiana, and was sold under the River Pools brand name through a network of independent dealers. We are also in the franchise business and are busy building a network of franchised dealers who are authorized to purchase River Pool products and install them using factory-authorized techniques.

Pay

• $20-$30/hour based on experience

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare the site using an excavator and skid steer
• Prepare pool using drills and gluing fittings and PVC
• Help set the pool in the hole, and backfill with heavy equipment
• Assist with concrete pours, some stone pave cutting, and fitting hand digging for equipment to run the pool. hand grading site
• Keep the work site clean daily 
• Respect customers' property by causing as little damage as possible

• At least 1 year of Pool Installation experience required 
• Excavation, Hardscape, concrete, and paving experience HIGHLY preferred 
• Heavy equipment operating experience HIGHLY preferred (forklift experience not relevant)
  
• Active CDL license is HIGHLY preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• High level of integrity and willingness to work
• Must be authorized to work in the US
