Your New Role

As a Journeyman Electrician based in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX, you’ll be the boots on the ground keeping projects on time, within budget, and fully compliant. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Foreman to execute high-quality installations, perform service calls, troubleshoot issues, and support quoting efforts.

• Complete assigned service calls and electrical tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial sites

• Work from blueprints, diagrams, and scopes of work to complete installations and troubleshoot systems

• Assist with job scoping, estimating, and presenting proposals to secure new work

• Implement projects alongside the PM and on-site team

• Ensure all required licenses, inspections, and compliance items are completed on time

• Accurately document labor, costs, and job changes using company software

• Perform on-call duties and emergency service when needed

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required); candidates with several years of equivalent experience will also be considered

• Experience with Motor Controls (installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Proven electrical experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

• Proficient in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams

• Strong knowledge of electrical code and safety compliance

• Capable of working in confined spaces, at heights, and in variable weather conditions

• Comfortable using digital tools and apps to document job details

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)

• English proficiency required; bilingual a plus
