We’re on the hunt for a razor-sharp Executive Assistant who thrives on order, clarity, and making other people’s lives easier. This is a 100% remote role supporting one or more executives at leading companies in the skilled trades—think HVAC, electrical, and plumbing firms that are scaling fast. If you’ve supported senior leaders before (especially in construction), can handle inbox chaos, and love managing calendars and projects like a boss, we want to talk.
Manage executive calendars and book meetings, events, and reminders like clockwork
Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and manage communication flow
Prepare reports, meeting notes, or presentations as needed
Coordinate internal and external meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) and in-person logistics when required
Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking
Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and assist in team communications
Uphold confidentiality and maintain a polished, professional presence in every interaction

Hourly Rate: $5–$8 USD/hour (based on client placement and experience)

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Construction industry experience is required
Proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
Excellent written and spoken English communication
High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack
Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-obsessed
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
