As a Remote Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping business owners and leadership teams stay organized, focused, and effective.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organize emails, assist with reporting, and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
Organize inboxes, respond to emails, and prioritize communications
Prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Zoom/Google Meet or in-person logistics
Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
Assist with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay $5-8/Hour USD (Varies by client and experience level)

What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
Experience supporting leadership in a service-based or trades company is a plus
