Your New Role:
You will be the mastermind behind the numbers, analyzing project specifications and drawings to perform precise cost estimations. Responsibilities include:

• Downloading and organizing project information from General Contractors.
• Analyzing specifications and drawings for accurate takeoffs.
• Communicating with vendors for pricing and compiling bids for submission.

• Not required but preferred to have a degree in Construction Science
• Proven experience as a construction estimator, ideally 1-2 years, with a track record of successful project bids
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Experience in software such as Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, or other construction estimating software
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost estimation
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and spreadsheets at the same time
• Ability to successfully communicate with customers and vendors the requirements for each project
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
