Your New Role

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in our bidding process, ensuring our proposals are competitive and precise. Based in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll work closely with senior estimators and project managers to analyze costs, prepare bids, and contribute to successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts

• Meet with clients and trade partners on-site to assess project scope

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects

• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and market research

• Assist in preparing bid packages and documentation

• Maintain organized records of estimates and project costs

• Experience: 3-5 years in construction estimating

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimating software

• Technical Knowledge: Ability to perform take-offs and read construction plans

• Analytical Skills: Strong math, cost analysis, and problem-solving abilities

• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, team player, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
