Your New Role

In this Equipment Operator position based in Silt, CO, you’ll:

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and compactors with precision

• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, greasing, and fluid checks

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

• Work 10-hour shifts, with overtime and weekends as needed

• Maintain company equipment and uphold safety standards

• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction equipment operation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery

• Must pass a driving record check if operating a company truck
