Responsibilities

As an Electrician Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced electricians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems by relevant codes and standards.
• Learning to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Assisting with the setup and organization of work areas, including tools and materials.
• Performing basic electrical tasks, such as running conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participating in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to enhance your knowledge and skills in the electrical trade.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Our Hiring Process

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in residential electrical work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in pursuing a career as a licensed electrician
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
