Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment and services in residential and commercial settings.
Assess the general condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine the scope of necessary repairs.
Interpret and work with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
Identify the appropriate materials and quantities required for both new installations and repair projects.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate electrical work within larger construction projects.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and safety hazards.
Keep accurate records of electrical work, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
Provide guidance and assistance to apprentices and junior electricians to facilitate their skill development.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical technology and industry best practices.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide cost estimates for projects.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls and perform necessary electrical repairs.
Maintain a neat and organized work area, including proper storage and organization of tools and equipment.
Prioritize safety at all times and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Job requirements

At least 1 Year of experience as an Electrician - Required
Electrical license - Preferred (not required)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Demonstrated expertise in electrical installations, maintenance, and repair and knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
Ability to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
Knowledge of electrical materials and the ability to identify appropriate materials and quantities for various projects
Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
