Your New Role: Commercial Electrical Lead

In this key position, you will:

• Oversee commercial electrical installations with a high standard of precision
• Supervise and mentor a team of 1-3 helpers, setting an example with your expertise
• Maintain smooth operations, upholding MinnTech’s strong standards of integrity
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Step in to support additional requests or assist management as needed

This role calls for someone ready to take charge, lead by example, and grow into a top-level role within the industry.

• 4+ years of electrical experience
• Unlimited Electrical Journeyman License
• Strong communication skills and dedication to quality work
• Commitment to training and mentoring apprentices
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• No convictions related to violence or theft
• Willingness to travel (preferred but not required)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
