Your New Role:

As an exceptional Licensed Electrician in Minneapolis, MN, you’ll be the face of our residential electrical repair and installation services. You will:

• Complete general electrical in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Adhere to our core values: Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional.

• Journeyworker’s license or Master's license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
