Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to evaluate their electrical needs and requirements.
• Advise customers on different options available to meet their electrical needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Wire for, provide, and install the selected electrical options, ensuring accurate and efficient installation.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach that prioritizes providing advice, educational information, and support during interactions with customers.
• Perform residential service and repair tasks, addressing electrical problems and ensuring the proper functioning of systems.
• Conduct routine residential maintenance tasks, ensuring electrical systems are in good condition and compliant with safety standards.
• Utilize an electrical service truck for transportation and organization of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions.

• Valid driver's license
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical service truck and electrical system troubleshooting
• MN Journeyman license
• Able to pass a drug test
• Able to pass a background check
• Skills in Troubleshooting electrical systems
• Clean, Quality & Professional
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
