Responsibilities

Provide electrical repairs and services as a Licensed Electrician, specializing in residential projects
Respond to service calls from customers in their homes and businesses, addressing their electrical needs
Utilize customer service training to educate customers on available services, products, and finance options, assisting them in making informed decisions
Conduct electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future electrical maintenance
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment
Uphold and demonstrate the core values of Cornerstone Electrical Services Inc. in all aspects of work, including professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
Work an average of eight to ten-hour workdays, five days per week, with regular weekend work when on-call

Job requirements

Must be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
Must meet or exceed company minimums
Must maintain a positive attitude
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a Massachusetts or New Hampshire electrical license to apply
Must be flexible and realize we are a service-based company

Able to service and install HVAC systems
1-3 years of experience as an Electrical Service Technician
Valid driver's license
Drug-free, with the ability to pass regular drug tests
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
