Now, let's talk about your responsibilities:

  • Travel to project sites across GA, FL, AL, and SC, mainly during the weekdays, with weekends at home
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
  • Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute electrical installations in new commercial constructions and remodeling projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, selecting and installing appropriate electrical equipment and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, conducting necessary repairs to restore functionality
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, ensuring a well-organized work area
  • Lead projects and coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure timely and efficient project completion

Job requirements

  • You are looking for a career not just a short-term project to work on
  • 3-5 years of relevant electrical experience
  • Active driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations when required
  • Skill in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
