Your New Role

• Perform residential electrical service, repairs, installations, and system upgrades in Rowlett, Texas

• Troubleshoot electrical problems involving panels, breakers, circuits, wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting

• Repair and replace residential electrical components according to NEC standards and applicable local codes

• Use electrical testing equipment and power tools to diagnose problems and complete repairs

• Explain electrical issues, recommended repairs, and service options clearly to homeowners

• Complete service documentation, invoices, and job records using company-provided technology

• Keep your company vehicle and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service calls

• Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards on every job

• Coordinate with team members to complete service calls and meet customer needs

• Provide dependable workmanship and professional service from arrival through job completion

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical trade experience

• At least 1 year of residential electrical service call experience

• Valid Journeyman Electrician or Wireman license

• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems

• Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and power tools

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces when required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required

• Flexibility to support customer scheduling needs
