Your New Role as an Electrician:

• Conduct thorough on-site electrical assessments and diagnostics.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical problems in systems and equipment.

• Present and sell services to customers, identifying additional sales opportunities.

• Utilize ServiceTitan for efficient scheduling, dispatching, and job management.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and provide exceptional customer service.

• 2+ years of relevant electrician experience and a Residential Wireman License (or in progress).

• Experience with Service Titan or a similar dispatching software.

• Aptitude for identifying and upselling potential sales opportunities beyond the initial call.

• Proficient troubleshooting, diagnostic, and installation skills.

• Effective communication skills, including tact and courtesy with customers and coworkers.

• Strong awareness of electrical codes and organized management of tools and materials.

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
