As an Electrical Service Technician, your responsibilities encompass attending crucial safety meetings to uphold a secure working environment. You will embark on multiple daily calls, displaying your expertise by skillfully installing, repairing, and maintaining diverse electrical systems in strict accordance with NEC guidelines. Additionally, you'll offer valuable supplementary products and services to clients, proficiently manage payments during service, and engage in effective communication with customers to instill confidence and assurance. Participation in sales meetings will contribute to your comprehensive role, and your readiness for a rotating on-call schedule will ensure timely responses. Utilizing technology adeptly, you'll track progress, installations, and payments, while promptly communicating any issues to your supervisor for streamlined operations.
